George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews (George Philip Nicholas Windsor; born 26 June 1962) is the son of Prince Edward, Duke of Kent and his wife, Katharine, Duchess of Kent. The title Earl of St Andrews is a subsidiary title of his father''s, and Lord St Andrews holds it by courtesy as heir apparent to the Dukedom of Kent. He was educated at Eton College and Downing College, Cambridge. On 9 January 1988, St Andrews married divorcée Sylvana Tomaselli at a register office in Edinburgh. As she is a Roman Catholic, he is excluded from the line of succession to the British Throne, in which he would otherwise be twenty-fifth. The couple have three children: Edward, Lord Downpatrick, Lady Marina-Charlotte Windsor, and Lady Amelia Windsor.
