Tsotne Samadashvili - Doktor der Agrarwissenschaften, Professor, Leiter der Forschungsabteilung für Getreidekulturen der SRCA. Er ist Autor von etwa 300 wissenschaftlichen Veröffentlichungen, 12 methodischen und 12 Lehrbüchern und 3 monographischen Werken. Er beschäftigt sich intensiv mit der Evolution von Triticum, Systematik, Genetik und Züchtungsfragen.
