Graduated as a petroleum Diplom Engineer in 1994. 2005 MSC studies, in 2009 finished the PhD and in 2011 Academic Title of Associate Professor. Head of Energy Resources Department, since 2016. Author and co-author of six monographs and text-books, and 61 papers. Since 2013 Country delivery coordinator of Uniper Technologies GmbH in Albania.
