Il dottor B. Kumara Raja è nato a Chennai, in India, nel 1987. Ha conseguito il B.D.S. presso la Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University nel 2011 e il M.D.S. in odontoiatria pubblica presso la Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Karnataka India, nel 2016. Le sue principali aree di ricerca sono l'odontoiatria geriatrica, la carie dentale e l'epidemiologia.
