I knew David through our charity work supporting young people, and he asked me to write a programme to reflect supporting the unemployed, particularly the Executive/Graduate groups where there was little support. I then set about a programme using a 'trend analysis' which reflected our new economic climate. This bespoke programme is the basis for this book 'Get Britain Working'. I have to say that I changed the programme weekly as it was 'user led' and had to reflect what my clients needed in skill terms to successfully compete in today's job market.
