Deborah Hrivnak is a professional speaker, coach, author, and the creator of The Four Step Game Plan for How to Take Action and Get Off the Sidelines and Into the "Game." She is the President and CEO of MyCoachDeborah, Inc., where she integrates her strengths-based philosophy, action-oriented approach, candor and humor, to support individuals towards greater success in their lives. Before starting her own business, Deborah served as a special education teacher and administrator, as well as a university professor where they awarded her the Outstanding Teacher of the Year. A television documentary for the Nebraska State Department of Education also recognizes her notable work with learning disabled students, and she has served on numerous committees at the district and state level. Deborah holds a doctorate in educational leadership, and is a certified life coach. She currently resides in Saint Charles, Illinois with her architect husband, John. Her greatest joy is spending time with their 10 grandchildren, as well as various spectator sports-especially football. Having grown up in Nebraska, she is a devoted Husker fan. Deborah enjoys working with people and believes everyone can live life from the hash marks to the uprights!
