Darren has travelled the globe throughout his impressive twenty-year career as a performer and eventually as head coach. Darren was also a seven-time national gymnastics team member. His love for athletics has developed into a passion for helping others reach their health potential through personal training and nutrition coaching. Darren has an MBA, is a certified nutritionist, and holds numerous fitness certifications. His goal is to share his wealth of knowledge to help others implement and sustain positive lifestyle changes.
