Chuck Starks is a Black American raised in Rio Linda, a rural area outside of Sacramento, California. He was in the computer business for over 30 years and started investing in income real estate in 1998. He received his real estate license in 2001 and is a real estate investor and commercial agent living in Sacramento and has no plans to retire. He is married and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren (two boys and a girl).
