The Phillips Group has helped companies build, focus, and align their leadership needs since 1984. Shane has been working with clients to build their boards and CXO leadership teams. He has also been featured on TV, radio, and in magazines. He is the creator of "Eye On Careers," a successful career talk radio show that aired on Dubai Eye 103.8 for several years. His TV shows include "Top Guns" and "Crucial Choice", both of which aired for several seasons on channels such as Zee TV and Star TV.
