Getting Out has won a Gold Award at Next Generation Indie Book Awards 2022 a Silver Award at Literary Titan 2021. Received an Honorary mention at the 2021 New York Book Festival, and obtained the Editor's Choice Award of Literary Excellence 2024 from Reader's House Magazine. "Getting Out: My Story Plus The Exercises And Experience I Learned That Can Help You Get Out From The Wheelchair" is a multi-award-winning book. The process of writing it was filled with intense emotions, as it narrates a real-life experience from my own journey. The initial section delves into my younger self, married with a child, residing in a warm and affectionate household. A doctor's visit was prompted by a mysterious symptom, leading to multiple brain MRI scans. The book will provide you with details about the events preceding, during, and following the surgeries. No information is omitted, granting you the opportunity to witness the emotional states accompanying each subsequent occurrence, which are plentiful. Emotions are profound, and situations may appear insurmountable; yet, against all odds, willpower triumphs. You may experience tears, sobbing, and occasionally a pale complexion. The latter part of the book outlines the exercises I have mastered, offering valuable guidance. Clear and easy to follow instructions are provided for simple implementation, allowing you to adapt the exercises according to your requirements. While every injury is unique, understanding the presented concepts empowers you to create effective exercises tailored to your needs. The book not only presents its content in a reader-friendly manner but also serves as a source of emotional support. The demonstrated concept applies not only to walking recovery but also to most injuries that may occur. I am extremely pleased with the profound impact this book is having. If you are seeking guidance or a supportive guide for your recovery journey, this book addresses the majority of your queries.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
