Allen Baker served in the military and Civil Service before retiring to teach college classes. He is concerned that many new Christians receive no discipling after their conversion, so they fall back into their old lifestyle and miss the joys of being a child of God. He is on a mission to help churches make committed Christian disciples of all their members.
