S. F. Begum grew up in Hamilton, Ontario with a penchant for uncovering stories behind every waterfall and crevice in its rocky escarpment. With three years of social work experience and a year of planning school under her belt, Begum seeks to understand what makes individuals and communities alike flourish. When she's not writing for school, work, or her own muses in the hours between night and day, Begum can be found working towards her brown belt in Taekwondo, driving on long country roads, or debating politics over multiple cups of tea.
