Their unwitting heroism put them in triple jeopardy- chased by Taggard Hall and his gang, deputized by the sheriff to raid their hideout, and harassed by the spectral residents of Ghost Cavern. Aurion du Preez lives with his wife and two dogs in a small community outside Dallas, Texas. He is fully retired from a rewarding career, and devotes much of his time to research and writing, but most to family activities and travel. He has published a number of scholastic books and essays. Ghosts of the Arbuckles is his third novel, preceded by Bayou Caddy (2021) and Under the Southern Cross (2019).
