Mr.Philip M. Mugo is a part time lecturer in Sociology of Education in Laikipia University, Kenya. He holds a B.ed Arts degree from Egerton University, a M.Ed in Sociology of Education from University of Nairobi, Kenya. Currently he is a PhD student in Sociology of Education in Kabarak University, Kenya.
