Autorenporträt
Thorn Kurtzhals is a trans masc sequential artist and writer that specializes in melodramatic, chaotic, and hilarious narratives. Thorn values the quiet moments between people and the connection we share, and this sensitivity is highlighted in his depictions of emotions and conflict. His collaborative Webtoon, Girls Have A Blog, highlighted all these themes and more, launching Thorn into a career in comics. When he’s not making comics, Thorn’s favorite pastimes are deconstructing masculinity and generational farmer trauma. If he doesn’t have a powerpoint on a topic already, he’s researching and forming his next thesis with his best friends.
