This Master's thesis examines the topic in more detail and shows, based on the scientific evaluation, which inequalities arise for female surfers in the sports scene and which wrenching effects this has on women in different areas of society.

Autorenporträt
Miriam Fürst nació en Linz en 1993. Después de trabajar en Berlín y Munich, estudió Ciencias de la Comunicación en la Universidad Paris-Lodron de Salzburgo, donde obtuvo sus títulos de licenciatura y maestría. Durante sus estudios, descubrió el surf para sí misma - el surf de río es una de sus pasiones y se ha convertido en una parte integral de su vida cotidiana.
