R. BRIAN CULPEPPER is a Research Specialist with the Center forAdvanced Spatial Technologies at the University of Arkansas,Fayetteville. He is a consultant and founding partner of Culpepper,Dzur & Johnson, LLC, a GIS consulting firm.
