From a foundation built on growing up in an agricultural environment, Dave Nordel is taking a lifetime of extraordinary experiences and demonstrating the power of "Giving Back." Grounded in both good and bad, and 30 plus years in the military, Dave harnesses the ability to lead at an executive level, and to affect the lives of our nation's sons and daughters, both in peacetime and during conflict.With 40 years of military and civilian leadership, coaching, and mentoring, Dave has transitioned into sharing the gifts he has acquired in the hopes of building better leaders, better parents, and better people to close the gaps in our culture, and to enable all of us to improve ourselves through self-development and practicing good mental health.Dave is a master storyteller and loves to give back through teaching at the collegiate level and in small groups. With a passion for the veteran community, Dave represents the veteran community with a focus on mental health, PTSD, and suicide prevention. He founded Max Fab Consulting with the intention of sharing his talent of writing and speaking, with the hope he can make a difference for people who struggle with the traumas they carry.An outdoorsman who loves all that has to offer, Dave finds his balance doing the things he is passionate about. He is a Board Member of Horses Spirits Healing, a non-profit focused on equine therapy to assist veterans and their families with mental and physical health recovery and recuperation.Dave is the proud father of two boys, Dominic and David, and has been married to Patricia for over 30 years.
