Seit dem Inkrafttreten der FGG-Reform zum 1. September 2009 haben sich wiederum zahlreiche Änderungen des Kostenrechts der streitigen Gerichtsbarkeiten ergeben, die eine Neuauflage erforderlich machten. Das bewährte Standardwerk zum Kostenrecht enthält die Kommentierung zum GKG sowie zum FamGKG mit Kostenverzeichnis und Auslagen. Die Neuauflage befindet sich auf dem Bearbeitungsstand Juli 2011.
