Autorenporträt
François Gilbert, a graduate of the University of Strasbourg, is the creator and president of Pax Augusta, a re-enactment and archaeological experimentation group. In addition to consultation and advisory work on a variety of projects, he is the author of many books and articles on aspects of Roman history. Giuseppe Rava has established himself as a leading military history artist. He lives and works in Italy.
