Yasmin Wilde is a writer. Yasmin grew up in Cambridgeshire and now lives in Cornwall with her family and dog. She is an actress of dual heritage (Pakistani/Austrian) and has been performing for over thirty years in British theatre and TV, with a break to have her children. As an actor she has been lucky enough to work with some of our best British Asian writers including Tanika Gupta and Gurpreet Kaur Bhatti and has performed at Watford twice - once in Gupta's version of "A Country Wife" and then in Kaur Bhatti's one woman show "Fourteen". Yasmin has always harboured a desire to write for the stage, and has a drawer at home full of ideas, plays and musicals in various states of completion.
