Le Dr Mehmet Akif Özçoban est maître de conférences à l'université Gedik d'Istanbul. Il a obtenu son doctorat à l'université d'Istanbul en 2018, en ingénierie biomédicale. Le Dr Aydin Akan est professeur titulaire à l'université Katip Celebi d'Izmir. Il a obtenu son doctorat à l'université de Pittsburgh, PA, États-Unis, en 1996, en génie électrique.
