No development is possible in a country if population health is not a priority. Djerandouba Yotobumbeti è medico e ha conseguito un master europeo in gestione e strategia aziendale. Attualmente sta seguendo un programma di formazione a distanza presso l'AIU negli Stati Uniti per il dottorato in Sanità pubblica. L'autore lavora nel servizio umanitario dal 1997, di cui 13 anni nella gestione internazionale del programma di salute pubblica.
