The author has been studying the development of conception of Earth Crust dynamics evolution (CECDE) for many years. Numerous hypotheses, conceptions, models and other theoretical geotectonic constructions have been analyzed, taking into consideration the laws of physics, mechanics, chemistry and other natural sciences as well as unaccepted factual data established on the basis of the latest scientific achievements. As a result of these studies a new geotectonic conception (CECDE), which explained the nature of the multiple tectonic processes, has been created. The true formation reasons and mechanism of many natural processes formation can be explained from point of view of the conception. These problems were the discussion objects in previous tectonic conceptions. The objects of these discussions are the origin of anomalous phenomena, formation and mechanism of the mountain-fold systems, volcanoplutonic processes, origin of global deep faults, reasons of lithospheric masses transformation and so on.
