Andrew Kuper is a Managing Director at Ashoka Innovators for the Public. He has been a Fellow of Trinity College at Cambridge University, a visiting scholar at Harvard and Columbia Universities, and Senior Associate at the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs.
