Hamish Coates is a Tenured Professor at Tsinghua University's Institute of Education, and Director of the Higher Education Research Division. Xi Gao is a doctoral student at Tsinghua University's Institute of Education. Fei Guo is an Assistant Professor at Tsinghua University's Institute of Education. Jinghuan Shi is a Professor and the Chair of the Academic Committee of the Institute of Education, and the Director of the Research Center for the Assessment of College and Student Development, Tsinghua University.
