Dr. Wilfred Isioma Ukpere (BCom, MCom, PGDs, MBA, PhD) is momenteel het hoofd van de afdeling ondernemerschap en bedrijfsmanagement aan de University of Technology in Kaapstad, Zuid-Afrika. Hij is redactielid van het International Journal of Social Economics (Emerald Insight) en recensent voor vele tijdschriften.
