El autor comenzó su carrera como profesor en el Instituto Distrital de Educación y Formación (DIET) de Perundurai del distrito de Erode en el año 2000. Actualmente trabaja como profesor asistente en el Departamento de Educación de la Universidad de Bharathidasan, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
