The curriculum is considered a political document that reflects the hegemony of state power, but it is subject to permanent and unfinished construction as it occurs in the diversity and convergence of discourses, or arguments that contribute to the clarification of options regarding decision-making. However, globalization interferes and imposes the definition of public policies in developing countries. Where is the hegemony of state power?
