The author presents an analysis of the consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict that is generating a global crisis, whose effects on emerging countries, specifically in Latin America, Africa and Asia, are forging disturbances of a political, economic and social order. It is important to highlight that in the context of almost two decades of external shocks, which despite having different signs and intensities from one country to another, have deteriorated the conditions of the energy, investment and production markets in the world, in a context of persistent and generally growing uncertainty. Among these external shocks, the international financial crisis of 2008-2009, the economic tensions of 2017, resulting from the tariff crisis between the United States and Europe on the one hand, the United States and China on the other; the corona virus pandemic (COVID-19) of 2020, and subsequently the current war in Ukraine stand out. These shocks have exceeded in changes that are weakening globalization as an engine of world growth, creating geopolitical fissures influence more than efficiency reasons.
