Dr. Keshab Chandra Mandal is a renowned academician and social scientist in India. He has published 15 books and more than fifty scholarly articles from India and abroad. His 4 books in six publications are available in 46 world libraries. Besides, he attends and delivers lectures in national and international seminars, conferences, and symposiums.
