Is the revival that God initiated on college campuses early in 2023 the beginning of the next Great Awakening? Shouldn't we get some idea of the flow of past revivals to prepare ourselves for what's next? This book continues the narrative of the advance of the kingdom of God described in Glory Through Time, Vol. 1. It portrays revival as a persistent pattern of divine intervention in the affairs of nations by Jesus, who has His own way of doing things. In this book, rediscover the God who...plays no favorites, keeps teaching new seminars on the Holy Spirit, turns His people into a house of prayer, raises up prophets, confronts sin industries, such as slavery, and fully intends to "restore all things."

Autorenporträt
During the 1980s, Douglas McMurry was part of two prayer teams that experienced powerful breakthroughs in prayer. first, a victory over the Rajneeshpuram cult in Oregon' then, an amazing decline in the murder rate in Richmond, Virginia. then, in 1987, having experienced the power of God to transform regions of His world, he was led, quite unexpectedly, to begin researching the Lord's powerful interventions in other generations and around the world. Glory Through Time in two volumes is the result. The research has caused Douglas and his wife, Carla, to pray for forty years, "Do it again, Lord."
