This book is a brief approximation between the philosopher Michel Foucault and university education, using the concept of Gnothi Seauton (know yourself) in which the philosopher analyses during his classes at the Collége de France in the 1980s. Self care (epimelea heauton) was a délphic maxim in ancient Greece, which the Greeks had as a practice of freedom, and which was made effective by several aspects coupled with the presence of an Other.
