Judith DeChesere-Boyle holds a Master of Arts degree in Education with an emphasis in English Curriculum from Sonoma State University and currently lives in Sonoma County, California. She is the author of two other novels, "Big House Dreams" and "Nine Bucks and Change," and a memoir, "Tumor Me, The Story of My Firefighter.
