Roland and his wife Ingeborg serve as pastors at 'Eglises Christ Glorifié' (Glorified Christ Church), a thriving multisite congregation deeply committed to preparing the bride to meet her bridegroom, Jesus Christ, and spreading His message to the two million people in the city of Goma, in eastern Congo. 'Eglises Christ Glorifié' is characterized by its vibrant prayer life, powerful worship, and impactful preaching of the Word. This church embraces a diverse congregation of all ages.For three years, Roland worked diligently with refugees in Uganda, equipping them with self-reliance business skills and language literacy. Additionally, he collaborated with Justice Rising in efforts to support child soldiers.Roland is the founder of ACTION URUMA, a growing organization dedicated to providing thousands of children and young men with equal access to free education and healthcare. The organization focuses on education, maternal and child health care and discipleship.Roland holds a master's degree in leadership and church growth, as well as a degree in Human Resources management. He also completed a program at the Harvest School of Mission in Mozambique. Roland's unwavering passion is to share the message of Christ wherever he goes.
