REST, LLC Owner Dr. Donisha Lewis, a veteran, obtained a Doctorate of Social Work degree and immediately continue her career as a Mental Health Provider, with skills in crisis intervention working with trauma survivors, and served as a sexual assault victim advocate for servicemembers. Dr. Lewis's creative approach to connecting with clients is expressive arts. She values self-care and has experience in mindfulness techniques to promote mental wellness, manage stress, and cope with anxiety and depression symptoms. Currently Dr. Lewis is utilizing her experiences, training, and education to develop self-care tools and publish material for individuals impacted by trauma, self-inflictions, and child custody disparities.
