Darío Toscano realizó estudios de pregrado en Antropología Sociocultural y de postgrado en Estudios Urbanos. Ha ejercido como investigador en el Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social, como consultor del Ministerio de Educación. Especializado en estudios de marginalidad, desarrollo, socio economía, educación, migración y relaciones de poder.
