Dick Bernal has been in ministry for over forty years. He and his wife, Carla, were youth leaders in the late 70's. After that, they pioneered Jubilee Christian Center in San Jose, California in 1980. Jubilee become a megachurch and in 2018 they turned Jubilee over to Ron and Hope Carpenter and it is now Redemption Church. Dick continues to travel and release his unique anointing on and over churches, ministries, pastors, business leaders, and God's people.
