Before the sin was committed, He established the way for revitalizing the originally intended relationship between Him and us through His son Jesus. Now He wants us to see, through physical returns, what has been done for us by way of His investment. The things that went wrong in the Garden of Eden are counteracted by our human representative in the Garden...of Gethsemane. Why has He done all of this? Because He has always loved us and wants us to love Him as was originally intended before sin entered the world.

Following college, Mark Ervin began a career in the natural gas industry. At nearly the same time he began a deeper study of the Bible scriptures as well as a deeper relationship with God and Jesus. Due to promotional corporate transfers to five different states that resulted in participating with eleven church families, he and his personal family have been able to study under many Christian Theologians that have impacted some of the thoughts in this book. While gaining experience in teaching and presenting at various technical conferences, for the gas industry, he has additionally had the privilege of teaching numerous Bible study groups and church small groups over the years. Now, Mark looks forward to the opportunity to speak to audiences on aspects of "God's Return On Investment" while working on new book projects.
