We are presented with a choice and it is clear that Dr. Adams wants to prepare us to be the people that are in control of their own health care destiny. His recommendations are contemporary, realistic and rather simple to include in one's lifestyle. This is an easy read and one that will have a consequence for everyone that might be lucky enough to pick it up. It is a superior contribution to humankind and I am very pleased to have read it and to recommend it.
