Janet Mannheimer Zydney is an associate professor of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Cincinnati's College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services (CECH) . Alan Dichter is a consultant in educational leadership and former New York City local instructional superintendent and director of leadership development for the Portland, Oregon, public schools. Elizabeth C. McDonald is a master teacher in the Department of Teaching and Learning at New York University's Steinhardt School and a former elementary school principal.
