Autorenporträt
Lorraine Shaw has a diploma in early childhood education and has had many years of experience teaching preschool, overseeing playgroups, and working with parents. Now retired, she lives with her husband at a seaside home in Nanoose Bay, where she enjoys doing art. She also enjoys kayaking, biking, and volunteering in her community. This book reflects the author's passion for teaching young children, art, music, and the sea. She has two married daughters and two young granddaughters who love to visit. The pictures are hand drawn by Lorraine and finished in watercolour by her husband, David. She has appreciated all the help and encouragement from her family and friends....
