Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and specializes in developing training materials that enable personal and organizational growth. Daughter of Dr Eliyahu Goldratt, she has been part of his inner circle, and is the co-author of his life philosophy book The Choice. She manages his copyrights and publications around the world.
