The dominance has become increasingly out of control by the public (read: non-Golkar, PPP-United Development Party, Indonesian Democratic Party-PDI, and other critical communities) since Golkar collaborated with ABRI and Bureaucracy through Golkar Family (KBG/BECs) or ABG Line (ABRI, Bureaucracy, and Golkar), so that the process of politics and government is autocratic. This autocratic pattern now (in the Reform Era) has been increasingly changing towards an immediate democratic pattern since the national reform movement in 1998.
