This work has traced, through its three chapters, the "notion of governance", "education as a human right" and "obstacles in the implementation of the right to education", around which several issues have been the subject of our analysis, including the principles of good governance in the management of the education system, the priorities for promoting the right to education among the many human rights recognized to a person or group of people, and the measures for safeguarding the right to education in times of armed conflict, political crisis, poverty and corruption. In the words of Confucius, "learning without thinking is wasted effort and thinking without learning is dangerous", education must ensure human and social development and must therefore contribute, in the context of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to the culture of peace and the fight against anti-values.
