This tale, though it features a caterpillar and a ladybug, is really about the dignity of the human person. No matter how annoying a person may be, they are still loved by God. So we, like God, should wish them good. If we do not want human dignity to disappear completely, we must go back to this central point: God made you as He made me, and He wishes good for you as He wishes good for me. About the Author F.J.J. Delegato is a life-long resident of the Pacific Northwest. Growing up in a large extended family, he thrived on the stories told around the dinner table. Grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles; everyone had a story. It was these family moments that gave Delegato a deep appreciation for the art of storytelling. Later he developed a great need to write. To him, stories are not just a form of entertainment, they are also the communication of truth; a form of learning from one generation to another. At first, Delegato had no intention of pursuing publishing until college when a literature professor told him to consider it. Since then three of his works have been published. As of now, Delegato continues to write and forever will.
