This would lead her to create several comic series with publishers such as The Cosmopolitan, The Chicago Tribune , and more. J.J. has also published several addiction recovery workbooks with her husband Jim, with her bestselling title, Living with Your Higher Power, having sold over 850,000 copies. Together, they also cover discussions about active aging on their weekly podcast/radio show called Successful When Seniors Fly. J.J. and Jim currently live in Duluth.
