Therefore, through this study, an attempt has been made to compare, understand and assess the enactments of various selected countries across the globe constituting a mix from all the continents. The GST laws of 128 countries were preconceived to form an authentic base for selection and presentation in the book, and thus a final arduous study was made of following nations: Canada, Guyana, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore and Tanzania to compare that with Indian laws. This study is an attempt to succour the bourgeoning GST framework in India and to facilitate government and lawmakers in unification and simplification of the body of law in such a way to reduce and deduce the furthermore amendments.
