Autorenporträt
Kirsopp Lake (1872-1946) was educated at St. Paul's School and Lincoln College, Oxford. After fifteen years serving as clergy, Lake moved to Leiden and served as Professor of Early Christian Literature and New Testament Exegesis. He later became a visiting professor at Episcopal Theological School before settling at Harvard Divinity School.
