Dessalegn Belachew Mazengia: was born in South Gonder, near Debre-Tabour Tawn, Ethiopia. He has received L.L.B in law at Hawassa University in 2008 and MA in Federalism at Addis Ababa University in 2011. Legal Adviser of Ethiopian Broadcasting Authority & Instructor in different higher institutions.
